Do I pay before booking?
No. Send the trip details first. We confirm the vehicle, availability and fixed price before the booking is agreed.
Can you track airport arrivals?
Yes. Share the flight number in the notes so pickup timing can be planned around the actual arrival.
Which vehicle should I choose?
If you are unsure, enter passenger and luggage details. We will recommend the right sedan, van, minibus or coach.
How long do you wait at the airport?
We include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after the scheduled landing. After that, a small waiting fee applies — details are confirmed in your quote.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
We monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup time at no extra charge. If it is cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule or discuss options.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Request child or baby seats when submitting your quote — specify the number and age of children. Child seats are provided at no extra cost when booked in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, cash payment to the driver, and card payment. Payment details are confirmed when you receive your fixed-price quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee — full details are provided with your booking confirmation.
Can you handle oversized or large luggage?
Yes. Please mention any large, heavy, or unusual items (ski equipment, golf bags, wheelchairs, large cases) in the notes when booking. We will match the right vehicle and confirm space is available.
Do you offer meet and greet at the airport?
Yes. Our driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. For airports outside Prague, please confirm meet-and-greet details when booking.
Can I add extra stops along the route?
Yes. Add extra stops or waypoints in the booking form. Each stop is included in your fixed-price quote so there are no surprises.
Are your drivers professional and licensed?
Yes. All our drivers hold valid professional transport licenses and drive registered, insured vehicles. Our company is licensed under Czech law (IČO 23693592).
Do you serve destinations outside Prague?
Yes. We operate transfers across Central Europe — Vienna, Dresden, Munich, Berlin, Budapest and more. Use the Europe Transfers page or enter your destination in the quote form.
What languages do your drivers speak?
Our drivers speak English and Czech. Arabic-speaking service is also available. All communication about your transfer can be handled in English.
Is there a minimum booking notice required?
For transfers in and around Prague, we ask for at least 2 hours' notice. For long-distance Europe routes, please book at least 4 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
Do you offer corporate accounts or invoicing?
Yes. We provide VAT-compliant invoices and can set up corporate accounts for regular clients and companies. Contact us to discuss invoicing arrangements.
Is there a surcharge for early morning or late night transfers?
No. Our prices are fixed and confirmed in your quote — there are no extra surcharges for early morning, late night or weekend pickups.
Can I modify or change my booking after confirming?
Yes. Contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes subject to vehicle availability.
How do I receive my booking confirmation?
Once your quote is accepted and booking confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email. A summary is also available via WhatsApp so you have the details on your phone.
